RCC Rainbow Club to walk in Boatnik Parade

Students from the Rainbow Club of Rogue Community College Redwood Campus will join the Grants Pass Boatnik Parade on May 26. 

The theme of the entry is Love and Acceptance for All. It is a call for equality for all people, and a show of support for the LGBTQ+ community after recent violence. As reported in the media, five Grants Pass teenagers were arrested in the assault of a local 19-year-old transgender resident on May 6. 

Public Invited to Free Carnival at RCC Redwood Campus

The Redwood Campus Associated Student Government of Rogue Community College (ASGRCC) invites the community to a free carnival on May 24 from noon to 6 p.m. outside the Student Center on the Redwood Campus at 3345 Redwood Highway, Grants Pass.

Rogue Community College Brings New Technology Program to Campus for Middle School Girls

The Verizon Innovative Learning Program Will Introduce Augmented Reality, 3D Printing, Entrepreneurship and More to Prepare Girls for the Tech Careers of the Future

Grants Pass, Oregon – This summer, Rogue Community College (RCC) will join Verizon Innovative Learning (VIL), the education initiative of the Verizon Foundation, to introduce more girls, especially those in rural parts of the country, to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills.

The Girls STEM Camp (Summer 2018) will be held at the Redwood Campus in Grants Pass August 13-30, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Registration is open now for middle school girls going into grades 6-8, ages 10-14.

RCC Foundation Names Jennifer Harlow as 2018 Alumnus of the Year

The Rogue Community College (RCC) Foundation is pleased to announce Jennifer Harlow as Rogue Community College’s Alumnus of the Year for 2018. The Rogue Community College (RCC) Foundation is pleased to announce Jennifer Harlow as Rogue Community College’s Alumnus of the Year for 2018.

Harlow is currently the lead animator at L’Atelier Animations in Montreal, Canada. In addition to supervising a team of animators, she is the lead animation director for a new Netflix series called Robozuna, about a boy and his homemade robot attempting to free their oppressed nation from an evil empire!

37 Awards Bestowed at the 2018 RCC Honors Night Ceremony

Rogue Community College (RCC) faculty and administration acknowledge the outstanding contributions of students who modeled excellence in academics, service and leadership at the 38th annual Honors Night Ceremony, was held on April 20 at the Redwood Campus. Family and friends had the honor to witness 37 awards that recognized 32 students and two student clubs.

RCC Recognizes Student Artist Accomplishments at Annual Exhibit

Join Rogue Community College (RCC) in celebration of the creative work of RCC student artists for the 2017-2018 academic year at the “Annual Student Exhibition” on display from May 16 through June 8 at the Wiseman Gallery in Grants Pass and in the RCC/SOU Higher Education Center in Medford.

RCC Ospreys hosts High School and Collegiate Women’s Soccer ID Camp

The Rogue Community College Ospreys women’s soccer team is holding an ID camp on May 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. at U.S. Cellular Community Park, Stadium Field Turf at 300 Lowry Lane in Medford.

The Rogue Ospreys ID Camp provides female high school players as well as collegiate level freshman and sophomores a chance to be evaluated by college coaches, get feedback, and create connections for the future.

RCC's May Closure Dates

On Friday, May 11, 2018, Rogue Community College (RCC) will be closed for a staff in-service. The college will reopen on Monday, May 14.
RCC will also be closed Monday, May 28, 2018, in observance of Memorial Day. The college will reopen on Tuesday, May 29.
