RCC Winter Term Registration Opens Nov. 20

Registration for winter term classes at Rogue Community College begins Nov. 20 for continuing students and Nov. 28 for new students. Winter classes start Jan. 8, 2018.

Students can register online at or by visiting Rogue Central offices at the Redwood Campus in Grants Pass, Riverside Campus in Medford or Table Rock Campus in White City. Note that all campuses will be closed Nov. 23-24 and Dec. 21 through Jan. 1.

Public Invited to Free Strings Concert Nov. 27

Rogue Community College Strings invites the public to a free concert Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the RCC Music Building C in Medford, 130 E. 8th Street (corner of 8th and Front streets). The concert will include selections from "The Theme from Schindler's List," "Scheherazade" and "Oblivion" featuring instructor Gary Kroll as violin soloist and conductor. Other selections include the favorite "Adagio for Strings" plus a selection of fiddle tunes.

Learn about RCC’s Medical Coding Specialist Program

Now is a great time to enter a career in health care. The Rogue Community College (RCC) Allied Health Occupations department invites current and potential students to take the first step in determining whether the medical coding specialist program is the right educational path for them by attending a free, 1-hour informational meeting at RCC’s Riverside Campus, Building A, Room A-11 at 202 S Riverside Ave., Medford on:

  • Nov. 30, 2017 from 12-noon to 1 p.m.
  • Dec. 13, 2017 from 4 – 5 p.m.

EMO event for latino students at RCCLatino students who are juniors or seniors in high school are invited to explore career training and education opportunities at a free one-day conference Friday, Nov. 17 at Rogue Community College.

Save the Date to Save Lives: Red Cross Blood Drive Hosted by RCC Associated Student Government

Blood Drive American Red CrossThe Associated Student Government of Rogue Community College (ASGRCC) has partnered with the American Red Cross to host three blood drives.

Do you want to make a difference by saving a life? RCC hopes you will the support the Red Cross at one of their drives:

  • Wednesday, November 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Redwood Campus, Library at 3345 Redwood Hwy., Grants Pass.
  • Thursday, November 9 from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the Table Rock Campus, Room TRC-101 at 7800 Pacific Ave., White City.
  • Tuesday, November 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the Riverside Campus, Building G, in the lobby at 117 S. Central Ave., Medford.

RCC Flies Flags at Half-staff

Rogue Community College will fly all flags at half-staff until sunset Nov. 9 in honor of the victims of the Sutherland Springs, Texas shooting.

RCC Athletics Go Osprey! Registered LogoMEDFORD – The Rogue Community College Ospreys men’s soccer team ended its season Wednesday, Nov. 1, with a 4-0 loss to Pierce College in the first round of the Northwest Athletic Conference single-elimination playoffs.
