Lady dental patient happily gets X-rays.Do you or someone you know need dental X-rays? During spring term, students in the RCC Dental Assistant program have a radiology lab requiring the students to take full mouth sets of X-rays as practice and for their clinical examinations.

RCC Receives Donation from Southern Oregon Veterans Benefits for Two Laptops for Veteran Students

Members of the Southern Oregon Veterans Benefits Board of Directors visited RCC to present their donation of two Toshiba laptops to RCC student veterans. “It is a privilege to receive these laptops from SOVB,” said Nikki Johnson, Veterans Services coordinator at the RCC Redwood campus.On April 11, Ron Kohl, the Board of Directors president of Southern Oregon Veterans Benefits (SOVB), along with other SOVB board members donated two Toshiba laptops to the Rogue Community College (RCC) Veterans Services staff and students on the Redwood Campus of RCC.

Student veterans will be available to borrow the laptops by checking them out with the veteran coordinators at Redwood and Riverside campuses. The laptops will be housed at the RCC Library.

The Smullin Foundation Grants $150,000 to Boost its Existing RCC Foundation Endowment

Explore Your College and Training Opportunities at RCC Preview Days

Rogue Community College (RCC) will open its campuses to Jackson and Josephine County high school juniors and seniors on RCC Preview Days in April and May. Students interested in college and training programs will get a first-hand opportunity to explore the campuses, see programs in action, and meet faculty.

RCC Receives Over $1.2 Million from the U.S. Department of Commerce/Economic Development Administration

Rogue Community College (RCC) received last week a $1,246,870 grant award from The U.S. Department of Commerce/Economic Development Administration (EDA) to help create a High Technology Training Center. The grant, which is pending approval from the RCC Board of Education, would go toward renovating an existing building adjacent to the College’s Table Rock campus in White City.

Meyer Memorial Trust Donates $250,000 to RCC

Rogue Community College (RCC) has been awarded $250,000 by the Meyer Memorial Trust of the Oregon Community Foundation to purchase up-to-date industry-grade equipment items for the upcoming High Technology Center at the Table Rock Campus (TRC) in White City.
