RCC Kids' College offers Computer Gaming Day Camps for Youth

Youth, ages 10-14, are invited to step inside the creative world of computer game design this summer at Rogue Community College (RCC).

RCC Community Education is partnering with Black Rocket to offer 10 exciting computer game development day camps at the RCC Redwood Campus in Grants Pass. Classes will be taught by Joel Wilder and Sierra Gilkey. Each class is four days with four hours of instruction each day for $225.

Black Rocket specializes in designing STEAM camps that use cutting-edge, easy-to-use, low-cost technology to foster student creativity and spark self-empowerment with a “make your own” philosophy. Students in the program come away with practical real-world experience,  skills, career awareness, and individualized learning. Most importantly, they come away saying, “That’s cool!”
