Students Under 18

RCC's admissions policy is to admit students 18 and older and students 16 and 17 years of age who have a High School Diploma or GED or who place into college level reading and writing. The college reserves the right to approve or deny the request for enrollment by underage students.

If you are under 16 years old without a High School Diploma or GED, you must complete additional steps to determine your acceptance status. This is a process for underage students interested in taking RCC credit courses on-campus or online.

The college reserves the right to approve or deny the request for enrollment by underaged students.
