BP 5030 Tuition and Fees

The Board of Education (Board) authorizes all tuition and fees allowed by law. The College President in consultation with appropriate staff members, shall determine which authorized tuition and fees will be assessed. Where Board approval is required to set or change the amount of the fee, the College President shall bring the proposed amount to the Board for approval before the fee is implemented. The College President shall establish procedures for the collection, deposit, waiver, refund, and accounting for tuition and fees as required by law. The procedures shall also assure those who are exempt from or for whom the fee is waived are properly enrolled and documented.

Tuition and fee amounts shall be published in the college catalog, class schedule, and on the District’s website.
