  • Submit a Graduation Application two terms prior to your anticipated program completion.
  • Graduates must submit an application by April 2 to assure that your name appears in all graduation publications.

Graduation Application Results

  • Expect an email with a link to your Degree Audit Results in four-six weeks.
  • Your Degree Audit will list requirements you still need to complete.
  • Mark your calendar, if you do not receive your results within six weeks, contact RCC at 541-956-7427.

Commencement Ceremony

  • RCC hosts an annual commencement ceremony each year at the end of spring term for students who will complete all program requirements by the end of the current year's summer term.
  • If your Degree Audit results state that you are eligible, you may participate in the ceremony.

  • At the end of each term a final review will be conducted for all graduation candidates.
  • Upon verification of program completion, diplomas will be mailed in eight-ten weeks for graduates whose accounts are paid in full.
  • If you need to complete additional coursework, you will be notified by email.
  • Verify that RCC has your correct e-mail and mailing address at: myRogue.
