  • Submit a Graduation Application (link is external). two terms prior to your anticipated program completion.
  • Graduates must submit an application by May 7th  to assure that your name appears in all graduation publications.

Graduation Application Results

  • Expect an email with a link to your Degree Audit Results in four-six weeks.
  • Your Degree Audit will list requirements you still need to complete.
  • Mark your calendar, if you do not receive your results within six weeks, contact RCC at

Commencement Ceremony

  • The 50th Rogue Community College Commencement will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 19.
  • Caps and gowns are not required, but are available for purchase: at is external). 
  • If you qualify to graduate with honors, you may buy an honor cord online through the RCC Marketplace. Eligible 2021 students will receive an email on April 23rd with the access code. Due to shipping times, the deadline to order honor cords is June 1st.
  • Commencement programs will be available to graduates attending Carmencement


  • At the end of each term a final review will be conducted for all graduation candidates. 
  • Upon verification of program completion, diplomas will be mailed in eight-ten weeks for graduates whose accounts are paid in full. 
  • If you need to complete additional coursework, you will be notified by email. 
  • Verify that RCC has your correct e-mail and mailing address at: myRogue.

Purchasing Caps and Gowns
Regalia is optional for Commencement. Students wishing to order a cap and gown may do so through the online bookstore. The deadline for orders is May 15th.

Purchasing Honor Cords
Starting on May 1, if your RCC cumulative GPA is 3.5 or higher at the end of Winter 2021, you may purchase an Honor Cord through the online bookstore.

At the end of Winter 2021 quarter follow this link to check your cumulative GPA. We recommend ordering by May 15th for timely delivery.
