Having trouble logging in? Here's help...

Dear Student:

The new myRogue system is still under development, and your login to BlackBoard and computer labs (and eventually myRogue) has been changed. You have a new login and a new temporary password.

Here's the new way to log in to Blackboard or computer labs. Read carefully!

Your user ID is your first and last name plus the last 4 digits of your student ID, followed by
Input them as follows:

Your temporary password is: zero+StudentID. The first time you log in you may reset your password.

If you receive a screen that says it's from Microsoft, that's OK.  Just enter your RCC ID in the "personal email" box, and follow the prompts to add your phone number and an email for security/verification.

After doing that, you will be in BlackBoard and see your classes.

If you have trouble with your user ID, email to get your ID or call the call center at 541-956-7500.

If you need help with Blackboard, contact the Blackboard Help Desk which is available from 8 a.m. to midnight seven days a week via live chat in the lower right corner of the Virtual Student Center or by email at; or by phone, 541-245-7514, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.


If you need to buy books, please visit the bookstore website at

It's OK if you do not have your books on Day 1. To search for books on the bookstore website, click the "Course / Book List" button and enter your course number. If you have questions about materials, please check your course syllabus on Blackboard or ask your instructor.

You will need to create an account on the bookstore website. Students who registered for summer term by July 1 are able to create an account. Students registering after July 1 will need to allow 1-2 business days for processing before they are able to create an account.

Use your regular email address for your user ID.
