A midterm update

Dear RCC students,

Hurray! You're halfway through spring term. I hope you've settled into a good routine and are learning how to make the most of our online environment — and remembering to step away for some fresh air as well.

Here are a few announcements and reminders as we look toward the end of term:

RCC Bookstores are no longer accepting returns of purchased or rented books. Any books received will be returned. However, buyback is now available at any time through the Online Buyback link at the top of the bookstore website.

This term only, RCC is offering a Pass/No Pass grading option instead of a letter grade for some courses. Look for the Pass-Fail Grade Change Form in myRogue. The deadline to apply is Friday, May 22; the instructor's signature is required. NOTE: Students receiving financial aid and/or veterans benefits should consult with an advisor to discuss how funds may be impacted before submitting the change form.

Priority registration for summer and fall terms will begin Friday, May 22. Check your Program Planner in myRogue to find out if you have clearance to register. If not, it's time to contact your advisor.

And remember, RCC will launch a new computer system on July 1. I encourage you to register before June 24 to avoid slow-downs in processing time that may occur during the transition.
