RCC hosts free COVID-19 vaccine clinics

Rogue Community College is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Valley Immediate Care to host free COVID-19 vaccination clinics in both Josephine and Jackson counties. RCC students, staff and family members who live in Josephine County are invited to a clinic in Grants Pass on Thursday, April 15; those who live in Jackson County are invited to a clinic in White City on Monday, April 19.

Vaccines will be available by appointment only and preregistration is required. Drop-ins are not available.


GRANTS PASS

The Grants Pass clinic will be from Thursday, April 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Redwood Campus (RWC). The clinic is open to any current RCC student or employee who resides in Josephine County and those in their immediate household if they meet the eligibility requirements outlined by the CDC and the Oregon Health Authority. Each individual will need to sign up separately on the registration link for an appointment.

For this clinic, there is no cost to participants and proof of insurance is not required. Proof of Josephine County residency is required.

The Pfizer vaccine is being administered at this clinic. It does require a 2nd dose approximately 21 days after the first dose. RCC is working with Valley Immediate Care to schedule the 2nd clinic. For more information regarding eligibility please refer to the links below.

The drive-thru clinic will be located in the Lower Wiseman parking lot at Redwood Campus. Please use the Demaray Drive to College Drive entrance to access the Lower Wiseman parking lot. See the Redwood Campus Map.


WHITE CITY

RCC is also partnering with Valley Immediate Care to host a clinic for Jackson County students, employees and their families on Monday, April 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Table Rock Campus (TRC). The drive-thru clinic will be located in the parking lot of the new Health Professions Center, 7800 Pacific Avenue, White City.

The clinic is open to any current RCC student or employee who resides in Jackson County and those in their immediate household if they meet the eligibility requirements outlined by the CDC and the Oregon Health Authority, which are expected to include everyone over the age of 16 starting on April 19.

Each individual will need to sign up separately on the registration link for an appointment. Proof of Jackson County residency is required.

For this clinic, there is no cost to participants for the vaccine, however there is a small administrative fee that is charged to your health insurance by Valley Immediate Care for administering the vaccine. Proof of insurance is requested.
