An update from the Bookstore

Welcome to spring term from your RCC Bookstore! There's been a lot of change lately — really A LOT, right? — and I want to thank you for your patience as we adjust. I know there have been some challenges, and we're working hard to improve the process of purchasing texts through our site.

We've just updated the Bookstore section on the college's What You Should Know webpage. The page includes a lot of helpful information about spring term changes, and we hope it will answer many of your questions.

The section about the Bookstore includes:

  • How to find and purchase books from the RCC Bookstore now that we're online only.
  • Tips for troubleshooting common errors, including what to do if you see a message that your book is "out of stock" (it probably isn't).
  • How to access eBooks.
  • How to return* books you purchased for spring term.
  • How to return* rented books.
     

Also, if you're waiting for an order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 1-3 days for shipping. We'll email a tracking number when your order is shipped.
