Grief and Loss

Grief is about loss, and it comes in many forms. From losing a loved one to death, the ending of a marriage, loss of a career, to loss of health and more. Regardless of the type of loss you’ve experienced, your grief is a real. Grief can bring feelings that may be difficult or confusing. Some of the most common feelings of grief are: Feelings of shock or numbness, intense sadness, feeling lonely or isolated, guilt, loss of appetite, anger, and anxiety.
