Happiness and Well-being Workshop Series
A 9-week Open Group Format
Purpose: To build behaviors that influence a positive emotional state for self. Positive psychology shows that people who have optimism, balanced relationships, and practice of positive behaviors will build resilience and live meaningful and full lives.

Beyond Positive: Body Acceptance Group
Join us for a 4-week Body Acceptance Group where we will discuss things like:
- What is Body Acceptance? (Monday, February 8th from 3-4 p.m.)
- Caring for my body: A partnership (Monday, February 22nd from 3-4 p.m.)
- Rebuilding Trust in Myself & My Body (Monday, March 1st from 3-4 p.m.)
- Building Resilience for “Bad Body Days” (Monday, March 8th from 3-4 p.m.)

Student Huddle Winter term 2021
The Student Huddle is an open forum where students can ask questions, voice opinions, or listen in to receive valuable information and resources hosted by the RCC Associated Student Government (ASG) and the Counseling Department. This is an informal safe space for students to discuss their experiences at RCC.
Meetings are held Tuesdays weekly over the term, starting January 12 through March 23 from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
