Wellbeing Through Self-Exploration (Redwood Campus)

This group will focus on  personal growth, self-exploration, and individual goals. Learn how to attain your best overall wellbeing.

  • 10-week support group.
  • Join anytime, no commitment necessary.
  • Free to all RCC students.

Tuesdays from 1:00 to 2:30 in H bldg, room 2, beginning October 1st
and Fridays from 12:30 to 2:00, beginning on October 4, 2019.

Sexual Assault Support Group (Redwood Campus)

you are not alone note on a billboardJoin us for a free 8-week support group for women sexual assault survivors. 

Woman at any stage of coping with a sexual assault are welcome, including those that wonder if they've been sexually assaulted.

Thursdays from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.

A 6-week group for those grieving the death of a loved one
