National Student Clearinghouse transcript order How to get transcripts sent to RCC

Official RCC Transcripts may be ordered by two methods:

Transcript Fees:

  • $5 per transcript destination, $1 per additional transcript to same location. Allow 3-5 business days for normal processing and standard USPS mail.
  • $25 Express 2-day mail fee (optional), only to destinations in the U.S. Orders will be processed and mailed the same day if received by 9:00 a.m.
     

Transcripts to Southern Oregon University and Oregon State University Degree Partnership Program are free of charge. To order transcripts to SOU or OSU DPP, please submit the paper form:

Unofficial Transcripts

Students can access their unofficial transcript online through their myRogue account.

GED Transcripts:

Rogue Community College does not have transcripts of GED scores.  All GED transcripts and certificates must be requested through this GED Credentialing link

Other Pertinent Information

  • Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed.
  • DO NOT OPEN your official transcripts. They must be sealed in the envelope you received them in.
  • Written consent from the student is required for anyone but the student to pick up a transcript.
  • For release of your transcript, your student account must be current, with no past due balances.
  • On your transcript request, you may request that your transcript be held until:
    • Current term grades are posted
    • Degree notation
    • Alpha Zeta Pi Notation
    • Grade Change


Submit Transcripts to RCC

We can use your unofficial transcripts to place you into your first term of classes. You will need to submit your official transcripts if you’d like those courses to be evaluated for RCC college credit and applied to your degree.

After your transcript has arrived, an Admission Coach (recruitment@roguecc.edu) will contact you by e-mail regarding your placement test waiver status.

Course descriptions are required for classes completed prior to 1992, contact your prior colleges to request course descriptions and submit these to Rogue Central.

Important!
The college will review your transcripts from previous college(s) and any classes that are transferable will appear on your RCC account. This process could take 8-12 weeks so you will want to do this ASAP.
