About Our Campus

Are you looking for a location for your next meeting, training, workshop, or special event? If so, RCC has many great spaces available in both Josephine and Jackson County. You can choose from our Medford, White City, or Grants Pass campuses.

The Redwood Campus is located on the outskirts of Grants Pass at 3345 Redwood Hwy Grants Pass, Oregon. The campus encompasses 88 acres of wooded areas and includes numerous walking trails and free parking.

The Tablerock Campus is located in rural Jackson County at 7800 Pacific Ave in White City, Oregon. The campus consists of 3 separate facilities spread across 18.5 acres and includes free parking.

The Riverside Campus is located in downtown Medford at 117 S Central Ave in Medford, Oregon. The campus is an urban campus and spans a two-block radius. There is no on-campus parking. Paid parking is available nearby and is managed by the City of Medford.

RCC has partnered with community-based organizations, professional associations, industry partners, government agencies, and individuals and looks forward to meeting with you to discuss your specific needs.

The Facility Use procedure can be found here. For events where alcohol is requested to be served, an Alcohol Authorization Form must also be submitted for consideration and approval.

Facilities for Rent

Classrooms

RCC classroomClassrooms seat 20 – 50 and are available at all three campuses. Most classrooms have a media podium (including a computer with internet access and a projector), a screen, a whiteboard, and WIFI access. A limited number of classrooms with a higher capacity are available. Please check with Risk Management for details.


Computer Labs

Computer Labs seat 20 – 32 and are available at all three campuses. Most computer labs have a media podium (including a computer with internet access and a projector), a screen, a whiteboard, and WIFI access.

The Redwood Cafeteria Dining Room is a perfect indoor space for lectures, presentations, receptions, and more. It has a capacity of 99 and features multipurpose seating.

The Redwood Campus Gymnasium is a perfect indoor space for receptions and sporting events. Depending on setup, it has a capacity between 100 and 780.


Redwood Campus Marjorie Holzgang Concert Bowl

The Redwood Campus Marjorie Holzgang Concert Bowl is ideal for large or small outdoor events. The space is not ADA compliant and has a capacity of up to 2000 depending on setup. The space is not currently configured for sound, and renters or their vendors would need to provide their own sound equipment. The stage does include theatre-style multi-layered curtains.

Redwood campus fountainRedwood Campus Outdoor Fountain

The Redwood Campus Outdoor Fountain is ideal for an intimate outdoor event. The space is ADA compliant and has a capacity of 300.


Rogue TheaterRedwood Campus Rogue Theatre

The Rogue Theatre is a perfect indoor space for concerts, lectures, presentations, recitals, film festivals, and more. It has a capacity of 175 and features a media podium (including a computer with internet access and a projector), a screen, a whiteboard, WIFI access, a sound system, dimmable lighting, and a ticket booth area.

The Redwood Student Center Commons is a perfect indoor space for lectures, receptions, and more. It has a capacity of 59 and features multipurpose seating.


TRC Room 184Tablerock Campus Room 184

The Tablerock Campus Room 184 is a perfect indoor space for lectures, presentations, receptions, and more. It has a capacity of 90 but can also be divided into two separate spaces. It is located near the front of the building. It includes a media podium (including a computer with internet access and a projector), a screen, a whiteboard, WIFI access, a sound system, and a small counter area with a sink.
