  • COVID Relief Funds*

    Apply to receive $750 of Higher Ed Emergency Relief Funds (HEERF).
    Summer term students may be eligible to receive a one-time grant of $750, available on a first come, first served basis. This program is continuing support for students who have been adversely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

    To be eligible, students must be enrolled in any credit course (at least 1 credit), or a non-credit course with at least 10 contact hours, as of the third week of the term. Students must apply to receive this grant. 

  • Workforce Grant*

    Students who collect unemployment benefits may qualify for a Workforce Grant in partnership with RCC. Eligible students can receive a grant of up to $140/credit discount; up to 4 credits, and $250 for books.

    * To be eligible, current unemployment benefit status must be verified. Not eligible to request a late drop. Funds will be disbursed to students via BankMobile unless the student requests the funds to be applied to their RCC account.

  • Return and Complete*

    If you have attended RCC in the past 5 years (excluding COVID - 4/2020 through 6/2021) You can qualify for a $140/credit discount; up to 4 credits, and $250 for book purchases. Students must enroll only in courses that count toward completion of a certificate or degree. Contact or call 541-956-7192 for more information.

  • Student Account Forgiveness Program*

    Students with a balance due to RCC dating before April 2020 may qualify to get up to $2,000 of that debt erased! Balances up to $2,000 will be forgiven if the student enrolls in at least 3 credits or an eligible non-credit program, and pays in full for this current enrollment. The forgiveness credit will be applied after the student successfully completes at least 3 credits.

    * Eligible non-credit programs include driver training, CDL truck driver training and the Community Health Worker program. Students enrolled in this program are not eligible to request a late drop.

  • Osprey Tuition Discount*

    Get a $4/credit discount! Throughout the 2021-22 academic year, all students enrolled in credit classes on the Wednesday of the fifth week of the term will receive a tuition rebate of $4 per credit. No application necessary! Rebates will be refunded to students via BankMobile starting on the Thursday of the fifth week of term (Summer 2021: Aug. 12 and Fall 2021: Oct. 28).


All grants will be posted to accounts for enrolled students on Thursday of the fifth week of the term.

Students may participate in more than one discount and grant, provided they meet eligibility requirements.
