Financial Aid Updates

We are currently working to ensure accuracy of student financial information for students who were previously awarded financial aid. The information in myRogue may be inaccurate. If you do not have an award letter, processing of your request will begin in February.

2/22 Update

Thanks again for your grace and patience while we transitioned back to RogueNet. For those students who have received a 2020-21 financial aid award offer, we are pleased to report that our financial aid and ledger card review process is now complete. We are committed to continuing to improve our efficiency and communication. Your trust is important to us.

Feb 22 2021 Financial Aid update

Please check your Account History in myRogue. If you had a 2020-21 award offer available to you during summer or fall term(s) and your financial aid or ledger card are still incorrect, please contact:

If you are awaiting a 2020-21 financial aid offer, RCC Financial Aid will contact you through your email on record in myRogue, so please verify that your email and other contact information are up to date.


2/3 Update

If your last name begins with A, B, E, F, L, M, R or S, your financial aid and ledger card should be accurate. Please log in to myRogue and click on "Check Financial Aid Status" to review your award.

1/22/2021 Update:

RCC is disbursing financial aid for winter term to 418 students this afternoon. Loan disbursements were not included in today's disbursement but are expected to go out early next week. You can check Account History within your myRogue account to see whether funds have been transferred to your BankMobile account; students in today's disbursement group will see "BankMobile refund" posted in their account.

If your last name begins with A and E, your financial aid and ledger card should be accurate. Please login to myRogue and click on "Check Financial Aid Status" to review your award.


For more information about the steps Financial Aid is taking to fix your account, please review the "Reviewing Student Accounts" email that was sent on 1/11/2021 to all students.

If you believe there is an error in your financial aid award, please contact us at finaidavising@roguecc.edu.  If you believe there is an error on your account balance, please contact us at star@roguecc.edu. Students with a credit balance for summer and fall term will receive a refund within 5 working days of the notice of completion.
