E.M.O. is a one-day educational conference for Latinx Junior and Senior High School students from Jackson and Josephine County. The purpose of this conference is to motivate youth on ways to overcome barriers, and realize the dream of going to college and become their own success story is attainable! This conference includes encouraging speeches from keynote speakers, community members and current RCC students. Querer es Poder is this year's theme because with motivation you can accomplish whatever you want.
