Students Organize Drag Show

MEDFORD – Student government and the Gender and Sexual Orientation Club are teaming up to host a drag show Thursday, Feb. 28 at the RCC Riverside Campus in Medford. This gender-bending deejayed event will feature RCC students and faculty as drag queens and kings who will dance, lip sync and sing to win the audience's vote.

Local drag queen Natasha Blackwell will emcee the show, "Drag Show 2019," which will run from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the RCC/SOU Higher Education Center, Room 129B, at 101 S. Bartlett St. in Medford.

The event is free and open to the public. Donations collected at the show will benefit the Gender and Sexual Orientation Club (GSOC) and the Trevor Project, a nationwide nonprofit dedicated to suicide prevention efforts among LGBTQ youth.
