Submit an Event to the RCC Public Calendar

Are you hosting an event that would be of interest to RCC students, RCC staff, as well the public?

We look forward to learning more about your event and would like it to share that on the Rogue Community College Public Events Calendar, which automatically re-posts to our Rogue Connect (RCC app) Events Calendar.

Events are not posted until the location is confirmed and the event is approved for posting.

RCC employees

While creating an event or editing your previously created reservations in 25Live, check the Publish to Calendar box so it will appear on the RCC website calendar. Edit the “Event Title" (the name displayed on the public calendar) box, so the event location campus is noted with the three-letter designation in parenthesis at the end of the title. For example, Week of Welcome (RWC), Blood Drive (RVC), and Preview Days (TRC). Add the details for your event in the “Event Description” box including a “for more information section” with the contact person’s name, email, phone number and/or webpage. Ready to go? Submit a Press Release (PSA)
RCC staff members can submit a request for a press release through the Marketing Work Order System including a rough draft of what you would like who, what, where, when, why, how with a for more information section at least two-weeks before the event.
